Ihana pieni lämminhenkinen tapahtuma Oulussa näin syksyn alkuun. No, lämmintä oli +24 astetta, mutta syksyn tuoksu ilmassa. Oli ihana tavata neuletuttuja ja hipelöidä lankoja aivan paikan päällä. Tuntu on aivan eri kuin netistä tilaamalla.
Such a delightful event in Oulu at the beginning of Autumn. Well, it was +24 Celsius, but The Autumn was in the air. It was great to see knitting friends and go around touching yarn. It is so different feeling that you get from a yarn when actually seeing and touching rather than ordering from online.
Moni vyyhti meinasi päätyä mukaan, mutta uudet Vuonue Tarmo langat näkyivät silmissä ihanina miestensukkina miehelle ja pojille. Kauniit luonnonsävyt näkyivät ihan kuvioina ja ne lähtivät mukaan. Saapa nähdä vastaako mielikuva lopputulosta.
There were so much beautiful yarn that I almost bought, but the new Vuonue Tarmo yarn I saw as already finished socks for my husband and sons. The beautiful natural shades combined each other. I came home with me. Let's see if my vision comes alive!
Se on jännä miten alitajunta toimii. Ostin kesälomareissulta Espanjasta juomapullon Casa Batllo:sta. Se on kulkenut siitä asti mukanani. Ihastuin sen väreihin ja tunnelmaan. Kotona huomasin, että ostamani langat ovat ihan samoja värejä.
It is funny how your mind works and combines things even without giving it any thought. I found and bought a nice water bottle during our summer vacation in Barcelona. We visited Casa Batllo and there was a vending machine for filled reusable water bottles. I bought one I liked, and I've been carrying it around ever since. It is really beautiful. Today at home I realized, I had bought yarn matching that bottle.
